Uninterrupted communications is a service of electronic communications meant for providing continuous operation and reliability of vital services to the Parliament of Estonia, the President of the Republic, the Government Office, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Police and Border Guard Board, rescue service agencies, prisons and institutions and persons determined by the Government of the Republic.
Requirements for uninterrupted communications and the list of certain people who are provided with a specified service are prescribed by the Government of the Republic.
