Built on state-owned systems, the secure landline is immune to radio interference and operates independently from private operators.
Technical requirement:
- A base connection via data or fixed line
- Network access to establish the connection
- A dedicated number range*
- Suitable network and terminal equipment
* Numbers from the state numbering plan remain under government management and are not transferred to private operators.
