Quality and the Energy Management System is based on the Statutory Objectives of RIKS, also on its main goals and values set out in the Development and Action plans.
Through Service and Process management we guarantee:
the continuity of existing services in accordance with service level agreements
development and management of services based on customer and user needs
the sustainability of our activities, with customer and employee satisfaction in mind; planning the budget in accordance with the objectives of the development plan, and implementing the objectives based on recognized standards of process management (ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 50001: 2018, ISKE)
RIKS' energy management is based on energy efficiency through continuous monitoring and on the basis of the following principles:
Energy saving approach – when outsourcing goods or services, suppliers’ energy efficiency is one the deciding criterias.
Continuous improvement of energy efficiency - we find opportunities to provide customers with more energy efficient service (through more efficient use of electricity).
Energy consumption information – we inform our employees of the possibilities in energy efficiency.
